Terms of Service

FROM YOUR CONTRACT:

- Client agrees to download all images. Please do not screenshot, this diminishes the quality of the images.
- Client agrees to download all images to at least two safe places before 14 days. After this time period, the online gallery will expire. If the client wishes to have images re-uploaded to the online gallery, there will be a fee of $5.00 per image.
- Downloading the gallery or images is confirmation of satisfaction with the final product.
- RAW/unedited images will not be shared or sold to client.
- Final gallery will be delivered in 2-3 weeks unless otherwise notified by photographer. (Turnaround times can vary due to work load)
- Client agrees to not edit or alter images in any way. It is the Client's responsibility to notify all participating parties of this.
- Photographer is not responsible for the physical appearance of any persons during the photoshoot and will not make any modification to the body with the exception of light tough ups such as blemishes.
Images are to only be used for personal use, not commercial use.
- Download of image(s) is confirmation of satisfaction of services.
